Customer Services Clerk (5-day work week)

Job Duties

• Liaise with customers for cargo shipment order.
• Communicate with overseas agents.
• Follow-up shipment orders, track & trace, coordinate with offices and agents, as well as maintaining rate system.
• Monitor order status and work closely with internal parties to resolve shipment issues

Requirements

• F.5 or DSE
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good computer skills and Chinese Word processing.
