Customer Service Officer/Operations (International Courier)

Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Handle problematic / un-deliverable shipments
• Track and trace shipment status
• Communicate with traffic team for pickup and delivery arrangement

Job Requirements

• HKDSE: Passes in five subjects (Level 2), including English, or HKCEE: Passes in five subjects, including English

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• 5-day work
