Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer services via multiple communication channels
- Handle customer enquiries
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction for our customers
- To assist in providing service and product training to customers when required
- Perform other customer service duties when requested
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree
- Possess a 3 years Customer Service experience, preferably gained in
- e-commerce or logistics industries.
- Customer focused with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Speedy and accurate Chinese typing is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail
- Proficiency in working with different IT systems
- Pro-active and team player attitude
