Customer Service Assistant (with valid security personnel permit)

• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• Form 5 or above
• 1-2 years experience

Responsibilities:

• Daily patrol on common area of the building
• Handle the enquiry from the tenant or other building user
• Control the access of contractor, building user or visitor
• Handle the emergency matter in first instance
• Prepare the daily report, incident report and etc.
• Report to Management Office staff for emergency
• Checking the building facilities and report the status to Management Office

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit
• 1-2 years experience
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Basic operation on MS Office
• Prefer to have working experience in property management company
