- To be responsible for handling key customer enquiries and complaints; analyzing customer feedback and identifying the root cause of each case for continuous service improvement;
- Participating in the quality assurance projects to achieve a high level of service quality and operation efficiency;
- Preparing and conducting training programs for regulatory compliance and policies enforcement
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- DSE or above with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
- Proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Independent, well-organized, customer-oriented with analytical mind
