Customer Marketing Executive

Role Responsibility

• Develop and own the year-round customer marketing calendar with themes, content, and communication materials to ensure effective customer communications across omni-channels.
• Develop customer sell-in pitches in collaboration with sales, digital marketing, and product marketing teams to deliver the plans.
• Regularly update website content to align with product and offer updates
• Execute bilingual writing tasks for a variety of marketing materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance in all content produced.

The Ideal Candidate

• Tertiary education in marketing, communications or relevant discipline
• 2-3 years working experience in marketing
• Good analytical and presentation skills & attention to details
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Team-player with creativity, passion for growth
