Cost & Contracts Manager / Commercial Manager

Job Duties:

• Responsible for supervising a team of QSs for all round QS functional duties
• Advise contractual issues and implications to Project Team
• Handle all contractual related issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• MHKIS / MRICS is an adantage
• Minimum 10 years proven experience in QS works in building or civil projects
• Good business acumen, communication, presentation & negotiation skills; fluency in both written & spoken English is a must
• Familiar with construction costs and all facets of pre and post contract quantity surveying practice
