Responsibilities:
- To prepare and review promotional materials such as pamphlets, brochures, newsletter, annual report, presentation materials, speeches and press release in Chinese and English
- To manage official website and social media platforms
- To assist in organizing and coordinating public relation activities or functions
- To provide other administrative support
- To undertake ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university, preferably in Journalism, Language and Translation related disciplines
- Relevant work experience is preferable
- Excellent command of English and Chinese writing skills with good bilingual translation capabilities
- Proficient in speaking fluently in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Good computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge in using Zoom, Photoshop and other graphic design software will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight timelines

Hong Kong Mediation Centre Limited
Established in 1999, Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC) is the first professional mediation organisation recognised as a charitable institution in Hong Kong. It has more than 1,000 members from various professional sectors and plays a leading role in the mediation industry.
