Contract On-site Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• To closely monitor maintenance, repairing, improvement and alterations & additions works carried out by other contractors
• To carry out daily inspection, check and log operating condition, and report any incident occurred promptly
• To respond efficiently and effectively to any alarms or emergency calls, locate the cause and impact, then report immediately
• To carry out repair and maintenance as assigned and report from time to time the work progress
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Registered Electrical Worker license (REW A) is required
• Certificate in electrical engineering, building services engineering, building services engineering or other relevant disciplines
• 2 to 3 years of experience in dealing with installation, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical installations
• Skilled in carrying out other repair and maintenance works will be an advantage
• Working hours: Shift or 5.5 working days per week
