Contract Logistics Executive (1 year renewable contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of administrative and Logistics support to achieve sales target
• Comprehensive execution of order request from different platforms, including manual or EDI orders to achieve sales and delivery objective
• Follow-up and monitor the whole process of ordering, (e.g. order entry, delivery status, goods return request, stock dispose and invoice preparation)
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on all order related issues
• Responsible for daily inbound / outbound shipment (both air and sea) arrangement with 3PL & forwarder agent
• Coordinate with warehouse operation and distribution team to ensure on-time delivery of purchase orders
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling of stock levels and inventory transactions for all brands
• Ensure all inventory management information (pricing structure, quantity, item description, expiry date, etc) are up-to-date
• Participate the regular mid-year & annual stock-take with 3PL
• Participate the periodic sales events (staff sales distribution / thankful week) & support to internal parties
• Maintain accurate data updated on system, good documentation & compile periodic reports for management review analysis
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

• Requirements
• Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in beauty or FMCG industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Details-minded, well-organized, proactive, reliable, independent and positive mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in using SAP, ERP & WMS systems is preferred
• Strong computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Suitable candidates with less experience will be considered as Logistics Clerk. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
