What you’ll be doing?

• Manage sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities towards KPI set by Division Manage
  
• Identify F&B clients' needs and close sales for different payment and loyalty solutions, including but not limited to OpenRice Pay, Cathay dining program, credit cards, wallets, etc.
  
• Provide product demonstration as needed
  
• Up-keep market awareness on competitive landscape of the industry
  
• Build long-term working relationship with new and existing customers across OpenRice's suite of products
  
• Manage any relevant sales administrative tasks effectively
  
• Work closely with account servicing and Operations to deliver the best customer experience
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Diploma holder or other relevant disciplines
• 2-year relevant working experience
• Track record for driving sales and generating new business
  
• Confidence and negotiation skills to close deals that best benefit customers and OpenRice
  
• Eagerness to learn and ambition to drive for success
  
• Relevant experience in Payment and/or F&B industries is highly advantageous but candidates with keen interest are also welcome
  
• Good presentation and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
