職位描述

工作職責:  

  • 為香港、BVI及澳門公司作公司維護事宜(按需辦理周年申報.轉換股權、董事、公司秘書、註冊地址等,并向註冊地政府申報等工作)Maintaining company secretarial services to Hong Kong, BVI, and Macau companies (Preparing documents for annual return, transfer of shares, change of directors, company secretary, registered address, etc., and other statutory filings)
  • 制作董事會會議記錄和授權書、更新政府登記、更新公司簿冊、存檔Preparing board meeting minutes and authorization letters, updating government registrations, company books, and archiving.
  • 維護公司銀行戶口簽字人等資料 Maintaining company bank account signatories etc.
  • 應對公司內部和外部審計師,提供資料 Liaising and coordinating with internal and external auditor
  • 就申請銀行擔保編制公司董事會議記錄和授權書及安排簽署Preparing company board meeting minutes and authorization letter and arrange signing for application for bank guarantee
  • 就不同事項,如散售零星物業涉及之事項編制董事會會議記錄以授權相關人士簽署:包括聘用律所合同、買賣合同等Preparing board meeting minutes for the sale of properties, and authorize relevant parties to sign: including law firm contracts and sales contracts, etc.
  • 按需不時進行土地查冊、公司查冊Conduct land registry and companies registry as assigned.
  • 辦理領導指派之其他工作Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

工作要求:             

  • 高级文憑或大學相关學位 High Diploma or bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 1年或以上公司秘書工作經驗 At least 1 year of company secretarial experience.
  • 優秀的中英文讀寫及溝通能力 Good written and communication in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • 負有責任感,  細心且獨立 Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • 電腦操作技能優秀,包含微軟Word與Excel Good PC skills includes Microsoft Word and Excel.
