Responsibilities:
1. Support a full spectrum of company secretarial and compliance duties for the Group which holds 4 listed companies and companies incorporated in Hong Kong, the offshore jurisdictions and the PRC;
2. Assist in preparing corporate documentation for shareholders including interim/annual reports, circulars, announcements and attend to administrative matters;
3. Organise board and shareholders’ meetings and prepare meeting minutes, statutory returns and other corporate communications;
4. Maintain effective filing and retrieval systems for all company records; and
5. Assist in clerical and various tasks assigned and ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
1. Member or Student Member of HKICS/HKCGI;
2. Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience in listed companies or professional firms;
3. Solid knowledge of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Securities and Futures Ordinance and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for both listed and non-listed companies;
4. A good team player with good communication and coordination skills;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, meticulous, well-organized and willing to work overtime when necessary;
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with conversational Putonghua;
7. Computer literate, experience with ViewPoint, proficiency in PC operations (MS Word, Chinese Word processing, MS Excel & Powerpoint); and
8. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
