Job description and responsibilities:

  • Provide support in company secretarial tasks for client
  • Prepare company documents, e.g. annual returns and maintain corporate records
  • Carry out other duties as needed

Job requirements:

  • Having knowledge in using MS Office applications
  • Basic skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Prefer to have Form 5 or above / D.S.E. graduate or diploma in business administration or related
  • Candidates without experience are welcome.
