About the Community Team
The Community Team helps onboard new caregivers and stays connected with them throughout their journey—ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered to provide care with confidence.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Community Associate to support our caregiver onboarding and engagement efforts. You’ll help review applications, maintain caregiver records, respond to basic queries, and assist with logistics like packing uniforms and welcome kits. You’ll also support caregiver communications and assist the team in coordinating outreach and internal operations.
You will report to the Community Team Lead and work closely with the Senior Community Associate. Training and day-to-day guidance will be provided, but we’re looking for someone proactive who is eager to contribute and learn.
What You’ll Do
Caregiver Onboarding Support

Review and process new caregiver applications and profile submissions

Help keep caregiver records and internal systems up to date
Engagement Support

Assist with caregiver communications (e.g. sharing updates, caregiver perks, or learning opportunities)
Respond to general caregiver enquiries via WhatsApp or email
Admin & Logistics

Pack and mail uniforms, welcome kits, and other materials

Track inventory and prepare restocks when needed

Support internal documentation and administrative tasks
Team Collaboration

Help with caregiver outreach in coordination with other teams, such as the Partnerships and Fulfillment teams

Participate in internal projects or campaigns as needed
Who You Are
-
1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or customer-facing roles
-
Good communicator in both Cantonese and English

Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented
-
Comfortable with hands-on tasks as well as digital admin work
-
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Basic familiarity with mobile apps or user-facing platforms is helpful—but not required
