Key Responsibilities / 主要職責:

- To assist the head chef in overseeing the daily running of the kitchen.
- Working as part of a team to achieve high standards of food.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen.


- 協助廚師長監督廚房的日常運作。
- 與團隊合作,達到高標準的食品水平。
- 在廚房內保持高標準的個人衛生和清潔。

Requirements / 要求:

- Proven working experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food matching.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.


- 具有餐飲業工作經驗者優先考慮。

- 出色的人際交往能力。
- 能夠在快節奏的環境中工作。

We are looking for a  Commis specializing in Baker, Chocolate, Pastry, Macaron, and Ice Cream production to join our team. As part of our kitchen staff, you will assist the head chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and contribute to maintaining high food standards. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in the F&B industry, possess basic food pairing knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
