Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for Commercial systems support through the ticketing system including escalation process and following them.
• Communicate with end-user to provide system solutions and resolve the issues within SLA
• Coordinate with end users for the analysis of system designs and developments
• Consult with business and the focal points on new enhancements to provide new solutions
• Analysis of new processes and requirements for preparing the Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Monitor and follow up system developments and enhancements
• Participate in version upgrade testing
• Monitor and support during hyper care of new versions
• Enforce ZIM’s Best Practice, procedures and business processes while supporting the agencies.
• Assisting on new system implementations, projects, new products, module, functionalities, etc.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in a shipping or technical field.
• Prior 2 to 5 years of experience in the global shipping industry is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Solid knowledge of shipping documentation, prefer experience with working in an agency.
• Experience in Business Process Flow and Shipping Industry Knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Proficient in problem approaching & trouble-shooting.
• Knowledge in requirement gathering, document preparation, QA, UAT and Support in relevant systems.
• Quick learner with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese. Additional language will be an advantage.
