CLERK OF WORKS

• Member of the HK institute of Clerk of Works OR Higher Diploma in Building Studies or Project Management with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical background and site experience of inspection of foundation, superstructure and architectural fit-out works, checking compliance of works with specifications, drawings and method statements.
• Responsible for site progress, quality assurance, documentation, site coordination.
• Must be a person of integrity and self motivated.
