Claims Executive, Accident & Health (Station in Macau)

Responsibilities:

• Handle, examine and settle Accident & Health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
• Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
• Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
• Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
• Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2 years of work experience in handling Group Personal Accident claims is an advantage
• Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity
• Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Claims Examiner
