Job Description:

China Alliance Properties Limited ( 中合置業有限公司 ) is the Hong Kong Branch of Forte Industry Development Group (https://www.forte.com.cn) . To cope with its rapid development and expansion plans worldwide, we are seeking for high caliber candidates to apply the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial control in the business, including consolidation and related financial reporting, credit management, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Responsible for securing real estate loan financing for real estate acquisitions, developments, and operations by collaborating solid relationships with banks.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and future investments.
• Develops long-term financial plans and forecasts based on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
• Work with external auditors to support yearly audit, ensure successful compliance, fulfilling statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Professional accounting qualification such as CPA.
• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Experience in handling real estate development loan processes, such as liaising with banks to secure loans and other forms of financing is a MUST
• Work experience in banks and real estate investment funds, such as private equity or REITs
