Cargo Control Operator (4 days works, Good Benefits)

What will I be responsible for?

• Deliver a customer centric cargo terminal experience to our internal customers (stations)
• Responsible for cargo documentation and others administrative duties including report writing
• Execute cargo tracking or booking instructions to ensure shipment flown as booked
• Handle Internal customer enquiries and follow up cargo tracing & booking
• Perform daily operations of Central Control Room
• Provide rapid response during emergencies & upon activation of fire & burglar alarms

What experience/skills do I need to be successful in this role?

• Solid experience in logistics industry, or knowledge in operating security systems is preferable
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit, first aid certificate is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Work in shift duty - overnight shift, work on Sunday and Public Holidays is required
• Shift working pattern: 12-hour per shift, 4-day work week
• Good command of written & spoken in English
