職位描述

The job holder is responsible for assisting Divisional Merchandise Manager on brand category management, brand plans, budget management and coordination with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end from strategy to execution for Regional Office.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing product performance and product mix of assigned category
  • Assist Divisional Merchandise Manager on developing and managing long term and short term regional buying plans
  • Develop and monitor OTB together with Merchandise Planning team
  • Build and maintain strong and sustainable relationship with vendors
  • Identify potential products and work closely with sourcing team on product development
  • Leverage vendor resources in an effective way between markets
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers on planning marketing campaigns and digital strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • 3 years or above retail buying experience, preferred in toys industry
  • Experienced in MNC or regional exposure will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong business sense in toys/ Asia markets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Good team player, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Strategic thinking
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
