Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the buying strategy in order to ensure the alignment with business objectives and customer preferences
• Assemble and execute plans for seasonal brand assortment and OTB in order to meet the company’s business objective
• Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales performance and make data-driven buying decisions to maximize business opportunities
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer demands, etc.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with suppliers for product development and production
• Partner with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and enhance product visibility
• Prepare and deliver product training to front-line staff
• Occasional Travel to Mainland China is required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Design and Fashion & Textile, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years working experience in buying / product development / production management, preferably in Footwear Market
• Strong fashion sense, familiar with merchandising, product development and production follow up
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Attention to details, proactive and strong planning, negotiation and communication skills
