Business Data Analyst

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Data Science, Business Analytics or related disciplines
• 1-2 years relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence
• Solid experience in reporting with knowledge of Robotic Process Automation
• Proficiency in using Power BI, Tableau, Excel and other data analysis tools
• Result-driven, analytical, self-initiative with good problem solving skills
• Attention to details, energetic, proactive and sense of responsibilities
• Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Perform business and data analysis to identify deficiencies and increase efficiency
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors throughout the project cycle
• Responsible for gathering and translating the users’ requirements in the system
• Support on system testing & documentations and AI projects implementation
• Conduct literature review study on the latest trend of process improvement and AI
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process enhancements and ad hoc tasks as assigned
