Established in 1974, Geneva headquartered Antiquorum is well recognized as the World’s Premier Auctioneers of Modern and Vintage Timepieces in the auction industry. Our Hong Kong office is looking for a Business Coordinator to expand our current team and meet business development needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with internal departments and external clients / vendors
* Support marketing initiatives and sales activities
* Manage customs declarations and logistics arrangements
* Prepare Export Proforma invoices and related documentation
Requirements
* DSE qualification or higher
* 2-4 years of relevant working experience
* Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible professional
* Strong teamwork abilities and excellent under pressure
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in sales, trade services, or logistics is highly advantageous
* Immediate availability preferred
