Business Analyst (Project Management & Support)

In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our digital transformation initiatives and operational issues that drive efficiency, innovation, and business growth, creating value for our customers.

As a Business Analyst, your role is to:

• Act as a liaison between business units and digital solutions team to ensure smooth communication.
• Identify and analyse opportunities for digital improvements in business processes.
• Turn business needs into detailed technical plans and oversee digital projects from end-to-end process.
• Suggest and implement new tech solutions to solve business problems and improve efficiency.
• Provide first-level end user support for process inquiries and technical issues.
• Keep up with industry trends and new technologies to find useful applications for the Company.

• Support manage changes and ensure users adopt new digital tools and processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role focusing on system enhancement, preferably in retail, wholesale, sourcing, or supply chain management would be preferred.
• Strong project management skills with successful project delivery; certifications like PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• Proficiency in process mapping, optimization techniques, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for diverse audiences.

• Adaptability, resilience, and multilingual capabilities are advantageous in a fast-paced, global environment.
