Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and project teams to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables
• Provide support and training to end-users on system maintenance or enhancements
• Prepare test cases scenarios for developers and conduct Quality Assurance

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experiences to conduct Quality Assurance
• At least 2 years of experience to manage user requirement gathering workshops/ UAT and conduct Quality Assurance
• Experience in government projects, especially documentation for SA&D, AOM, User Manual, etc
• Proficiency in drawing workflows using draw.io / MS visio
• Knowledge of RDBMS management such as Oracle and MS SQL
• Effective system design based on user requirements, i.e. screen design, application status work flow design or etc
• Proficiency in providing UAT Progress Summary via MS Excel Pivot Table
• Preferable to have knowledge of writing SQL statements (i.e. PL/SQL) and Load Test Tool, e.g. JMETER
