Business Analyst (Investment Bank - Client Services)

Responsibilities:

• Bridge between IT and the business to design, build and deliver solutions
• Define business needs with stakeholders and various other functional groups
• Perform business analysis, determine workflow, and give recommendations on process enhancements and system upgrades

Requirements:

• Working experience in Business Analysis and/or Project/Product Management
• Background within client servicing
• Excellent writing skills to produce documentation e.g. requirement documents, analysis reports, proposals, specifications etc.
• Strong communicator comfortable engaging with senior level stakeholders
• Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with changing requirements
