Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Finance Consultant to deliver D365 Finance solutions aligned with international best practices.
  • Configure and customize D365 Finance modules to meet diverse business requirements, particularly in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, and Vendor/Procurement functions.
  • Engage with finance and business stakeholders worldwide to gather requirements, analyse workflows, and provide solution recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with multicultural technical and business teams to ensure successful deployment of configuration changes.
  • Provide functional expertise to support testing, training, and post-implementation activities across country boundaries.
  • Remain up to date with the latest D365 Finance features and global industry practices.
  • Support and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the line manager, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs and priorities.

 Required Experience/Skills/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting / business administration / information technology / science / engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in D365 Finance implementation in a vendor/consulting environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • This is a global role, requiring flexibility to interact with teams across different time zones.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support implementation and training activities.


    Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager, ERP & APP position.
