Business Analyst, HRIS

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR IT system support services to Global users
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP HCM support and act as a subject matter expert in HRIS systems-related matters
• Collaborate with HR business partners to understand user needs, document requirements, and develop solutions that align with business objectives
• Perform system configuration, including the creation and maintenance of business rules, workflows, and other HR-related system components within SAP HCM
• Lead testing efforts for system changes and updates, including the development of test plans, scripts, and coordination with end-users
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues escalated by HR business partners, providing timely and effective resolutions
• Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for system integrations, upgrades, and other technical projects impacting HRIS

Requirements:

• Degree in Information System / Computer Science. Other relevant disciplines will also be considered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS
• In-depth knowledge of HRIS such as SAP HCM, Workday is preferred
• Experience in SAP HCM configuration is a plus
• Experience in system implementation, configuration, and support, preferably within a global or multinational organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to align HRIS functionality with business needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
