Business Analyst - Finance

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Finance team on a contract basis. You will play a key role in bridging Finance, IT, and Operations by gathering and validating business requirements, documenting user needs, and supporting UAT. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in financial systems, accounting processes, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and analyze business requirements for Finance Hub modules, including receivables, AML controls, and reconciliation processes.

• Document user requirements and ensure alignment with functional design specifications.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, including preparing test cases and monitoring test progress.

• Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement while ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within financial systems or the insurance domain.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, journal entry processes, and financial reporting.

• Experience with Oracle Financial Systems is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, AML processes, and finance operations is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Well versed in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
