Building Surveyor

Job Receptibilities:

• To plan, coordinate and monitor building alteration and addition, repairs, maintenance and renovation works for the properties of the Company
• To assist in the preparation of cost estimation, specifications, drawings and reports
• To provide technical advice and resolve problems
• To vet the tenancy fitting out drawings

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in building, building surveying and facilities managment or related disciplines
• Member of HKIS / RICS or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in renovation project, facilities or project management
• Able to work under pressure and commit to project deliverables.
• Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Building Surveyor
