Building Surveyor / Assistant Building Surveyor

- Degree / Associate Degree / HD in Building Surveying or Building Disciplines ;
- Minimum 3 years experience ; 
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD ;
- Proficient in English and Chinese, good communications & co-ordination skills;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Surveyor ;
- Immediate available preferred


Job Duties :

- Carry out condition survey, feasibility study and building surveying services ;
- Handle alteration, addition, renovation & other projects ;
- Contract administration from inception to completion phase including preparation of reports, tender drawings and/or documentation ;
- Conduct site inspections
