Building Services Inspector (BSI) - 18 months contract

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Building Services Inspector (BSI) to join our team on a project-based contract for a 7-floor renovation and office fit-out project. The role requires full-time, on-site presence throughout the 18-month construction period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and inspect A&A works, interior fitting out, builder’s works, and E&M installations.
• Ensure all works are carried out to the required quality standards and comply with contract requirements.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and the client’s representative during site operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant post-graduate experience in building construction, renovation, and E&M works of similar scale and complexity.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or High Certificate in Civil, Building, or Structural Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in site supervision, particularly in A&A and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
