Building Services Engeineer

Working location:      Yuen Long District (Construction site)

Responsibilities:

• Working as the Main Contractor’s representative for all BS works and BS-related building works in a building project site of Architectural Services Department.
• Responsible for coordination with all BS subcontractors, utility companies, project architects and consultants on all BS and E&M matters on site.

Requirements:

• MHKIE (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent
• At least 10 years relevant working experience in BS installation works
• At least 5 years working in the capacity of a Building Services Co-ordinator for a Main Contractor in a public works building project site
• Candidates with less experience or academic/professional qualifications are welcome to apply, who will be considered for the posts of Assistant Building Services Co-ordinator or Building Services Engineer/Assistant Building Services Engineer
