Building Inspection Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out building safety inspections (MBIS / MWIS) of existing buildings
• To prepare inspection reports with photo records and updated record drawings
• To assist in conducting site inspections, condition surveys and prepare relevant reports
• To assist in project management if necessary
• To assist in Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Building Surveying Professional

Requirements

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree / Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent
• Must be a valid Qualified Person under the Mandatory Window Inspection Scheme (QP Card)
• Must hold a valid Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• A good team player, responsible and self-motivated
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Candidate with more experiences would be consider as Assistant Building Surveyor
