Brand Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to join our headquarters of tutorial business in Hong Kong. This role is crucial for increasing our market share and enhancing brand visibility in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1)Brand Strategy Development : Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aimed at increasing market share and customer loyalty.

2) Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.

3) Strategic Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive market strategies to expand our tutoring business in the market segment.

4) Brand Positioning : Define and communicate our brand’s unique value position, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.

5) Content Development : Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and promotional materials to reach the target audience.

6) Campaign Management : Develop and oversee brand campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention

7) Performance Monitoring : Analyze brand performance metrics to assess the impact of branding initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in brand management and business development preferably in the education sector.

- Familiarity with Hong Kong education policies and market environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.

- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

- Proven track record of successful brand campaigns and market growth.

- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
