BIM Engineer/ Senior BIM Engineer/ BIM Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines. (Architectural, Structural & MEP).
• Collaborate and coordinate with clients and consultants on BIM issues, design changes and model changes
• Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
• Modify and advise on altering design, variations and changes
• Clash Analysis & Detection
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned by General Manager.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma holders in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Architecture or any other related discipline

• Passionate in Architectural/Structural/MEP Engineering field
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and Navisworks
• Preferably 1-2 years BIM working experience (2-5 years for senior position)
• Passionate learner without experience will also be considered
• Associate of HKIBIM is preferred
• Must be organised, results driven and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
