BIM Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• 3D/4D BIM modelling and visualizations/animation/rendering
• Walk-through & construction sequence video production
• Provide BIM support to team members as required.
• Ensure all the deliverables are issued on time
• Collaborate with internal/external partners for smooth execution
• Attend and assist in project coordination meetings
• Report BIM coordination progress, drawing production progress, and BIM-generated data to the management team

Job Requirements:

• 3 years or above relevant BIM or construction experience
• A Degree, diploma or above in Architectural Studies/Structural Engineering/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Working knowledge in Architecture / Structure / E&M / Building Services
• Knowledge of BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, FUZOR, 3Ds MAX, Sketchup.
• Good communication and presentation in project coordination
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
