Memfus Wong Surveyors Limited, a professional General Practice Surveying firm established in 1988, is looking for candidates for the following post.

Assistant Valuer

Duties

-              Conducting on-site inspection of real properties

-              Preparing valuation reports

-              Participating in non-valuation projects

-              Occasional travelling outside Hong Kong may be required

Requirements

-              Relevant working experience preferred, but not essential

-              Good communications skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel

-              Energetic, self-motivated and eager to learn

-              Good analytical mind
