Assistant Support Engineer (5 days work)

The Job

• Provide technical support to Sales Division on computer products;
• Perform installation, maintenance and repair service of computer products for customers;
• Conduct product evaluation and testing;
• Resolve technical-related problems.

The Person

• Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering or relevant discipline;
• 1 year or above hardware maintenance experience;
• Solid experience in Microsoft Windows;
• Knowledge in computer hardware / software;
• Knowledge in computer programming is a plus e.g. C#, Python.
