Our client, a retail brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee the operations of their retail shop network in Hong Kong.
This is a back-office-based role with occasional travel among 4-5 stores (transportation allowance provided).
Job Duties:
Support overall retail operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
Assist in developing sales strategies
Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and track progress regularly
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. marketing, admin) to support business goals
Help improve customer experience and service quality
- Occasionally visit stores to provide support and gather feedback (allowance provided)
Contribute to team training and operational improvements
Requirements:
- Retail background
3+ years of experience in retail store management or supervisory role
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong team player, proactive, detail-minded, and data-driven
- Based in Hong Kong, willing to travel between locations when needed
