職位描述

Our client, a retail brand, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee the operations of their retail shop network in Hong Kong.

This is a back-office-based role with occasional travel among 4-5 stores (transportation allowance provided).


Job Duties:

  • Support overall retail operations and ensure smooth daily workflow

  • Assist in developing sales strategies

  • Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and track progress regularly

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. marketing, admin) to support business goals
  • Help improve customer experience and service quality

  • Occasionally visit stores to provide support and gather feedback (allowance provided)
  • Contribute to team training and operational improvements


Requirements:

  • Retail background
  • 3+ years of experience in retail store management or supervisory role

  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

  • Strong team player, proactive, detail-minded, and data-driven
  • Based in Hong Kong, willing to travel between locations when needed
