Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets in terms of profitability, service standards, and business development
• Supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service
• Recommend, co-ordinate and implement timely marketing programs and promotional campaigns, as well as product pricing
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained as per required standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Good business awareness for achieving successful performance
• Strong planning and organizational skills to run a streamlined operation
• Strong in leadership and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
