Project title: Design and Construction of a Community Health Centre Building in Shek Kip Mei

Location: Berwick Street in Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Degree from University in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Duties and responsibilities for the successful candidate will include, but not limited to, the following:

• Provision of professional assistance to RSS at professional ranks or above in the delivery of their actions of the representative or delegate of the Project Manager/Cost Manager as appropriate under the Works Contract as assigned by the Consultant;
• Provision of professional assistance to RSS at professional ranks or above in the delivery of all their other assigned duties related to Works Contracts and the project;
• Collaboration with other RSS ranks for delivery of the Works Contract and the project in safe, efficient and cost effective manner with good quality; and
• Other duties related to this contract, the Works Contract or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team, their supervisors, RSS at professional ranks, or above and the Consultant from time to time.
