職位描述
- Responsible for the general property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, supervision of staff and monitoring the repair and maintenance work
- Diploma or above in Property Management with 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Holder of Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 2)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Applicant with less qualification or experience will be considered as Property Assistant
- Working location: Hong Kong East
