Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager (Interior Design)

Contract Type: 2-year renewable contract

Summary:
Chinese International School is seeking a competent candidate to join their Project Management Department to manage upcoming school campus projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare in-house interior design / feasibility study for fitting-out and improvement works.
• Manage all stages of fitting-out, renovation, A&A and new projects, focusing on the interior design aspects.
• Propose and recommend furniture, fixtures, furnishings and equipments to suit the project needs.
• Review design, drawings and specifications prepared by consultants.
• Coordinate with Facility Management Team for new projects and maintenance works.
• Liaise with stakeholders and users to identify the users requirements.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure the users requirements are achieved and the projects are smoothly executed.
• Manage projects in an effective manner and complete within time and budget.
• Implement and maintain a high level of health, safety and environment standards of campus during execution of works.

  Job Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years solid working experience in project management, interior design or related disciplines.
• Technical skills in 2D drafting and 3D design software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Project Manager (Interior Design).

Start Date: August 2025
