About Winco Design:

Winco Design creates premium retail environments and visual merchandising for global brands across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

    Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating cross-departmental activities to ensure timely delivery, monitoring progress to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Business Analysis:

    Analyze operational workflows and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Stakeholder Management:

    Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders by fostering strong relationships and presenting timely updates and insights to senior management and all parties involved.

Quality Assurance:

    Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with regulations, conducting post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify key learnings.

Requirements:

  • Strong coordinators are welcome to apply, regardless of their industry experience.
  • Diploma/Degree holder or above in any discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office and Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proven ability in systematic and proactive coordination of complex projects from conception to completion.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager
