職位描述

  • Assist in preparing technical and business proposals for smart building system projects;
  • Align subcontractors and schedule project meetings to ensure smooth coordination;
  • Communicate with clients to provide support and pre-sales service, addressing their inquiries and requirements;
  • Collaborate with the technical team to gather and analyze client demands;
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and technical specifications;
  • Internal report preparation.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the IT or building service industry;
  • Familiarity with smart building technologies and platforms;
  • Basic understanding of project management principles;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
