Job Responsibilities:

Account Manager (AI Solutions)

• Demonstrate a strong ability of taking a consultative approach to sell and promote AI solutions to corporate and enterprise clients

• Prospecting new customers, developing sales activities and achieving personal sales target

• Teaming up with technical team to design and offer best-fit solutions to customers

• Providing effective account management and after-sales services to customers

• Assisting in organizing and participating in marketing events to develop new business opportunities

Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

• Oversee and manage all project activities in Hong Kong.

• Work with project stakeholders to determine business needs and requirements.

• Create and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.

• Collaborate with the development team in China to design and implement solutions that align with business needs.

• Assist the pre-sales team in defining the scope of work for proposals.

• Take part in testing to confirm that solutions fulfill requirements.

• Offer training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of new solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years solid experience as similar role (less experience also will be considered)

• Good knowledge of IT products and services, especially in AI related

• Good command of both written & spoken in Chinese, English, and Mandarin

• Aggressive, good problem-solving skills, and presentation skills

• Able to work independently and according to schedule

• Strong self-motivation and commitment to achieve sales target

• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify business needs and requirements
