Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager (Consumer Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to drive growth for the brands and achieve the brand objectives
• Develop key performance indicators to track implementation, customer and business metrics
• Conduct market research and analysis in order to provide the brand plan strategies and pricing guidelines
• Define brand positioning, target audience, and brand architecture in alignment with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and monitor the campaign results
• Monitor and manage brand budgets
• Manage and communicate with principals effectively to deliver agreed KPIs

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with 3-5 years of solid brand marketing experience
• With related work experience in consumer healthcare is preferable
• Creative mind set and strategic thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written of English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Product Manager
